Bookings Policy

Reservations are gladly accepted via telephone, fax, e-mail and mail. All reservations require one full night's deposit or 50% of total stay whichever is greater amount, within seven (7) working days of making the reservation.

Your reservation will only be guaranteed by the Guest House upon receiving credit card details, a deposit and/ or voucher from the Travel agent/ Tour operator and once payment has been verified.

Deposits made to secure reservations will be deducted against your credit card or can be transferred into our bank account. Deposits are non-refundable for group bookings if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees will be levied in the event of cancellation or no-show and in accordance with the following terms mentioned.

We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Guest House is regretfully unable to accept personal cheques. In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.

0-14 days prior to arrival date; 100% of total accommodation costs
15-30 days prior to arrival date; 50% of total accommodation costs

Our Terms

Written confirmation of the booking request will be provided, stating the deposit required. Final confirmation of the booking will only be made upon receipt of requested deposit.

Should the deposit not be received as requested, the Guest House reserves the right to automatically release the booking without any verbal or written notice.

Amendments to a reservation involving the arrival and departure dates are considered to be cancellations.

In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
